Workspace booking platforms often feel like hotel reservation systems, find a room, pay, done. Intelligent Office needed something broader: a platform where businesses could discover locations, book physical and virtual spaces, and layer on services like mail handling, phone answering, and dedicated assistant support, all from one account.

The core challenge was making service add-ons feel like a natural extension of booking a space, not a separate upsell flow bolted on afterward.

Mail, phone, address, and assistant services needed to live alongside workspace bookings in a way that felt cohesive. We designed the account dashboard so members could see their workspace reservations and their service add-ons together, with clear pricing and easy ways to add more as their needs grew.

We looked at how businesses actually search for flexible workspace, comparing locations, pricing, and amenities side by side before booking.

The location browsing experience needed to support real comparison shopping, multiple offices, varying prices, and amenities, viewed on a map and in a list. From there, the booking flow needed to move smoothly from selecting a space to creating an account to confirming payment, without losing momentum at any step.

We designed the complete platform: location search and comparison, workspace booking, account creation, payment, and a member dashboard for managing reservations and services.

The result is a flexible workspace platform where businesses can search locations on a map, compare pricing and amenities, book offices and conference rooms, create an account, and manage everything, from upcoming reservations to mail and phone service add-ons, in one place.
